August 24, 2004-6:05 a.m. The return to work was everything I anticipated and more! Look for a Work Rant on this subject soon! I�d like to officially welcome my friend Jen back to Texas. Why she thought she needed to leave here in the first place and spend two years teaching art in the greater DC area (aka Hell) is anybody�s guess. We all have our little inescapable journeys in life and this evidently was one of hers. I�m really thankful that she got that all out of her system and came back home. Yesterday on my way home from work, a car that had been driving behind me passed me. As they were going past they rolled down their window a little and stuck out their hand and extended a finger. Imagine my shock and dismay when it registered with me that they were giving me the thumbs up!
