May 17, 2004-5:36 a.m. I'm learning all kinds of new stuff at work, y'all. I don't think I would ever have been exposed to this sort of stuff if I had kept my previous job. I'm learning to run reports in excel, which admittedly isn't that darned exciting except in a tedious and boring policy-wonk kind of a way. The really cool thing that I am getting to learn is how to create online courses for the claim reps to take. I'm really excited about that. Sheesh!
