It's cold as hell here in beautiful rural Northeast Texas.

It's true what they say about Texas weather--if you don't like it, wait ten minutes and it will change. The high today will be 36�. Tomorrow it will be 60�.

December 23 we had snow---sort of.

This is my dad's ancient panel truck that he is turning into a street rod. As you can see, it's still pretty much a work in progress but he decorated it up and he and my mom drove it in a few local Christmas parades.

I am descended from dorks.

Daddy asked my mom to knit a holiday sweater for the greyhound hood ornament on the panel truck. You can't see it very well in this picture but the greyhound is wearing a small red sweater.
