Yesterday, I called the drug people again in an effort to get them to see things my way. I called from work so although I was still extremely mad, I had to make sure that I maintained a level of decorum. This is more difficult than you might think. I actually found myself saying, "This is so bogus" *Sa's head snaps back in alarm and revulsion* Don't ask me where that came from.
