Google of the day: dancing pie

This morning I went online to the insurance company site to pick my elections for benefits for 2003. The insurance company is a huge megacorporation with god knows what kind of resources and for the most part the benefits election process was professional and well executed. However, there was one glaring repetitive error that about drove me insane before the process was finished.

They had a list of perhaps twenty steps we needed to go through before this process was complete. In order to help us keep track of this process they had created a grid that listed the steps. On the right side of the grid, it listed a blue check mark for the steps completed and To Be Done on the steps that were left uncompleted. On the left side of the grid, there was a button you clicked to choose to make your election for that benefit. When you moused-over the button a box would pop up with the word Choose on it. The button itself had the word Chooac on it. Every time I made a benefit selection and was directed back to the grid, there it wasthe Chooac button.

This bothers me a lot more than it probably should.
